Each week you will receive access to three pre-recorded workouts along with a custom meal plan to follow (two strength, one cardio & core).
Are you new to exercise or just getting back into it? No worries, this program is for all fitness levels.
Do you need a reset? This past year has been a challenge for all of us. "Fit for Fall" will give you the jump start you need.
To complete the workouts you will need 2-3 sets of dumbbells. That's it - no fancy equipment.
