Week 1 - Step
Week 2 - Total Body Conditioning (strength and some cardio)
Week 3 - Yoga Based / Stretch Workout
Week 4 - Kickboxing and/or Bootcamp Workout
Workouts never expire!! In addition to the weekly workout releases, you will gain access to his "live" Zoom classes* (formats and release dates will vary)
