Sunday 9 AM Total Body Conditioning (strength training using 2 sets of dumbbells along with some cardio mixed in for a complete today body workout)

Monday 7 PM PiYO - Yoga based workout using a mat.  No equipment needed

Tuesday 7 PM Total Body Conditioning  (strength training using 2 sets of dumbbells along with some cardio mixed in for a complete today body workout)

Wednesday 7 PM - Step (cardio workout using a step platform)

Saturday 8:30 AM - Step (cardio workout using a step platform)
